A college degree and an understanding of calculus is needed to understand the math that is presented. Discussions are mainly theoretical with no construction examples given. This is not a beginners book. I did find it useful but I have the|About the Author|Macnamara is an antenna systems specialist at British Aerospace. She attained her 1st degree in applied physics and her Master's degree in microwaves at London University.
